"The place was clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Robert personally came by to greet us and all communicaton was easy and fast. Nice touch to have all the necessitites for home cooking and a fresh coffee and tea in the morning provided. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Bus stop basically in front of the door which gets you quickly into the lovely old town of Lübeck"

"This was a beautiful property, well equipped, very comfortable. Would highly recommend. My only complaint was getting in and out of shower, it’s so slick, I was worried about falling. It’s not pretty getting older :(, would absolutely stay again"

"Alles ganz schön, aber dass es weder Internet/WLAN gibt sollte sollte im Inserat zumindest erwähnt werden. Auch eine Mikrowelle ist heute Standart. Etwas problematisch auch die Kopplung von Lüftung und Heizung per Lichtschalter an der Küchenzeile. Es kam zum versehendlichen Ausschalten der Heizung durch Berührung mit dem Ellbogen."

"Wir waren zu zweit in Hamburg für einen Besuch des Musicals König der Löwen und noch etwas Hamburg erkunden.Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.Die Einrichtung war noch sehr neu, es war sehr ordentlich und sauber und die Gastgeber waren super nett!Sie haben uns sogar eine kleine fußläufige Runde von Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben :-)Frühstück war gegen Aufpreis möglich und sehr reichhaltig!Wir konnten auch getrennt schlafen (Schlafzimmer sehr bequemes Sofa), was für Schnarcher...

Must be new chef: our 2 sreals were woefully undercooked ant sent back, another payron found his ribs also undercooked.....breakfast there eas fine...pool nice, needs gym...disliked shag carpeting in bedroom...our AC in bedroom so weak as to be ineffectual...Rm2010...and during heatwave it was unbearable. We stayed at this 5star hotel specifically for promise of AC... "

There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."
