The location is amazing. The room was very spacious though a bit outdated. There were no lamps, bedside table, or power sockets by the bed. A few days before arrival, we wanted to contact the hotel to ask whether they could accommodate a third guest. I called them five times and they never picked up. They also never replied to my email (even to this date, days after our stay). Eventually, we had to go to the hotel IN PERSON to ask, to be informed their phone system had been down and setting up the sofa bed that was already in the room cost €65!!! This hotel is impossible to contact and the price they charge for setting up the sofa bed is outrageous (for comparison, the cost is €35 at another similarly classed hotel in central Vienna).

Lovely historic hotel on a quiet street. Staff was very welcoming, room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent. Valet parking was a nice addition as well.
