Welcome to this modern and spacious vacation home near the beach.



Look forward to this family-friendly vacation home, which welcomes you on several floors and offers a relaxing vacation with very comfortable equipment and furnishings. Due to the complete equipment on two floors, the house is suitable for two friendly families who want to travel together, but still want privacy. On the upper floor there is a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and in the basement of the house you can enjoy many additional facilities such as billiards, table tennis and darts.



In the fenced yard of the house there is a swimming pool, next to which there is a covered terrace with barbecue for moments of relaxation. Adults can relax in the yard with outdoor fitness equipment, while for the younger ones there are children's facilities such as a slide, soccer goals or badminton rackets.



This spacious and modernly furnished house is located in a quiet natural environment, just a few minutes drive from the nearby beaches, golf course and the historic city of Split. Look forward to numerous opportunities for an active vacation, from the rich cultural and nightlife to the possibility of excursions to the Dalmatian islands.
