This charming holiday home in Drašnice on the Makarska Riviera extends over three floors and offers comfortable accommodation for up to four people. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom, on the first floor a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom as well as a living and dining area with a sofa bed, air conditioning and satellite TV. The top floor impresses with a spacious roof terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers, a dining table, a summer kitchen and a private grill. Grape vines provide welcome shade and create an idyllic ambience.
The apartment is located directly by the sea, just a few steps from the beach, and offers sea views from the balcony and roof terrace. Parking spaces are available in front of the house, and a boat mooring in the small harbour can be used for an additional fee. The well-maintained garden is laid out with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees and invites you to relax.
The environment is ideal for beach holidays, water sports, boat trips, hiking and exploring nature. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are immediately accessible, while the airport is located around 90 km away. The holiday home is perfect for couples or families who want to enjoy peace, comfort and the Adriatic coast to the fullest.
