"깨끗하고 넓었어요. 자코파내 시내까지는 차 타고 나가야했지만 가까웠어요. 숙소는 따뜻했고 새벽엔 좀 쌀쌀했어요. 숙소 건물에 주소번호 245가 써 있지 않아 숙소를 맞게 찾은건지 헷갈렸었어요. 외부에서 내부로 들어가는 비밀번호를 미리 알려주지 않아서 같은 시간대에 온 다른 팀하고 많이 헤맸어요. 전날에 또 다른팀이 비번 알려주셔서 들어가기는 했지만… 방을 잘못 알려주셔서 문제가 되기는 했었지만 친절하게 잘 알려주셔서 기분이 상하거나 그러지는 않았어요. 직원분을 대면하는 시스템이 아니다보니 문제가 생기면 전화로 통화가 가능해야 해서 긴장을 좀 했었어요 그래도 편하게 잘 지내다 와서 다음 자코파네 갈 때에는 다시 방문할 생각이예요"

"Legjobb döntés volt ez a szállás hely. Nagyon tetszett a kilátás szép volt a berendezés, még kávé tea is be volt készítve. Sajnos voltak legyek a tetőtéri szobában. Illetve lefoglaltuk két estére a dézsát hetekkel az indulás előtt, de csak az előző nap jelezték, hogy az egyik este még sem a miénk. Ez csalódás volt. "Willa Jan is very clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet was lovely. We really enjoyed the sauna as well! The only drawback is the location—it is not walkable into town and there are no dinner options that don’t require a taxi or uber ride. When requesting a mountain view, ask for a higher floor as the lower floors have mainly views of the neighboring villas with mountains peeping through. Overall nice stay!"

"Excellent apartment hotel in a beautiful setting. Communication with hotel staff was fabulous - they were kind and helpful. I was in room 401 and despite arriving after reception closed, I was given detailed instructions for self check-in. Being that it's low season, it was quiet and many things weren't operating as normal but that's fine for a quick weekend trip."

"I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled eggs. Would definitely recommend. "
