Para quatro estrelas precisa melhorar muito.

Nossa estada no hotel foi razoável, o hotel tem instalações antigas, os banheiro na área da piscina/sauna precisaria de mais atenção. A escada da piscina apresentava um certo perigo para as crianças, não tinha um responsável para controlar a descida. Pontos positivos o café da manhã e jantar sempre com boas opções e a boa localização do hotel.

Poderia ser melhor

Razoável poderia ser melhor, banheiro com lodo no box , brindex sujo. Lindo e aconchegante hal de entrada, 😔pena que o restaurante não siga o mesmo padrão. Excelente café da manhã e refeições, mais o local tá bem sujinho....as janelas e teto sujos.

A estadia foi muito boa. O check in que estava mto lotado, mas tinham bastante fundiários o fazendo. O café da manhã parecia uma fila de restaurante popular tanta gente que tinha hospedado, embora o hotel fizesse um controle, por meio de pulseiras coloridas, os hóspedes não respeitavam, o que causava um tumulto imenso no meu horário das refeições. O elevador também deixa a desejar, mas estavam providenciando um outro, pois o hotel só tinha dois. No fim deu tudo certo, mas no começo

hotel com instalações muito velhas, colchão, toalhas e roupas de cama ruins, somente 02 elevadores funcionando, super lotado. café da manhã tumultuado. estacionamento longe do hotel, tivemos que buscar a roupa que ficou no carro do outro lado da praça. ressalve-se que o bar e bom e o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente.

Não voltaria.

O primeiro quarto que peguei está sem condições de ficar, mofo em alguns lugares, sem energia, informei na recepção e me trocaram de quarto, a noite fui pedir uma coberta devido ao frio na cidadã e me falaram que não tinha mais coberta pois o hotel estava cheio e não possuem coberta para todos os hóspedes, o chuveiro não esquenta muito, informei na recepção mas não resolveram. O café da manhã é bem completo e gostoso, a única parte da estadia que valeu a pena. O hotel está precisando de reformas, mesmo na parte que eles falam que foi reformado recentemente.

Hotel péssimo!

Estadia foi terrível, o quarto estava com mofo no canto da janela, banheiro sem água quente, trocaram a gente de quarto e o banheiro a água tbm não esquentava, café da manhã lotado, tendo que ser feito em turnos e estacionamento lotado pedi o carro e ele não chegava demorou mais de 30 minutos para chegar precisei pegar um Uber para chegar no evento! Fui a trabalho no festival de dança de caconde que ocorreu no teatro da urca e tinha horário para chegar! Não conseguia tomar banho nem pegar o carro foi horrível!!

O hotel é muito bem localizado e aconchegante, porém o fato do estacionamento ser terceirizado, é, portanto pago, além de ser longe do hotel não agradou! Nós nem sabíamos que o estacionamento era pago pois não tinha informação no site. A internet também é bem ruim.
