Nice stay overall fun, but few options for eating
The free indoor water park with our stay was great. Scenery was beautiful. Not too many options for eating. There is no free breakfast. No kitchen options available. And the outdoor water park is free for only one day of your stay. Overall our stay was fun.

Great hotel lots of things to do!
While we found food and such to be pricey our stay was fabulous! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Food at hotel buffet was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Scary hotel in the night
We went out for dinner and when we came back we got lost finding the hotel. There was no light outside the way back and even when we got to the hotel area there was no light as well. Scary experience.

Family vacation
Two nights are not enough. Vacations are expensive but this one is really worth it. We will definitely recommend Camelback Lodge and TRAVELOCITY to our friends.

Had a great time!
My family and I had a great time! The staff was friendly, the room was clean but a little dusty... My only problem was the food. We ordered a pizza and it was burnt, black! Food is very pricey too. I would've liked a later check out time as well. We were only staying 1 night so to be able to go back to the room the next day would've been nice. But they do have changing rooms and lockers downstairs so it worked. I would definitely go back!

facilities were great. staff pleasant and helpful. room was not as clean as it should have been, (apple cores under the bed as well as hair accessories under the bed. food was wonderful but extremely expensive.

It was fun and nice.-Mila age 13 Camelback is the ultimate vacation offering a variety of options for all parties. No matter the season, you will be pleased with the action. Will return to ride the mountain coaster and zip line with my daughter's.

Awesome place will come back
Great place for the kids, check in is a bit late at 4 but come early and check in and they'll give you a text when the room is ready and you use your wrist bands they provide to enter the room. Weekends are better because they're are more workers at the moment.On a Monday there was a limited amount of workers so less freedom for most water rides. great fun and a cheap drinks for the adults

worth every penny!
I had a great time as did the kids. Most of our time was spent in Aquatopia or Arcadia. Both provided endless hours of fun. The buffet style breakfast was delicious and Raymond makes the best omelettes!

very disappointing, was not given the 4 FREE tics for the snow tubing had to find out myself the next day only because my kids wanted to ride the tubes. Was not given a towel card found out about this when i was handed my bill under my door stating i had to leave it in the room?? my husband ran up to the room to get something and the room was still not cleaned. I had to run down one of the girls for soap and shampoo i had 4 girls in my room.. my toilet paper ran out since she did not refresh as well… As for Aquatopia luckily we road the rides the first day the second day the bigger rides were not running for 4 hours??? the money we spent here especially eating for one night i thought families would AT LEAST get better accommodation… will not return...

Great hotel but don't book a King Bunk Suite!!!
King bunk suite is not a suite at all. They cram 4 bunk beds into an 8x10 closet with no window, no ventilation. The air from the room hvac doesn't make it into the 24" opening and the kids were claustrophobic. $600/night for a room like that is obscene and unethical. Do not know how that room passed code. Otherwise hotel was nice, clean, friendly and attentive staff. My kids had a blast in the water park and playing laser tag. Arcade was way overpriced ($2 games) and you should get $25 cards with your stay. Other hotels do the same. I hear Great Wolf is a better bang for your buck, FYI.

Here is a list. Not enough towels for four people. Asked 3 times before I received them. Both of my rooms were not cleaned at all while I was there. Never been to a hotel that didn't clean the room. I complained at check out but woman behind desk did not seem to care.

Resort is great, the indoor water park was great for the kids. However the rooms need better lighting. Feels like you are in a dungeon too dark. I also spoke to a family that was staying in a double queen bed room and they also felt the same way. Also seemed to be full of dust, on furniture, lamps. Beds were clean. My advice to Manager of Resort go look at the rooms and consult with someone about how to make rooms bright and cheerful.

Best staff! Above and beyond!
Kids love it! The staff here really works hard and are pleasant. The only negative is that guests wear swimsuits with no regard to the main restaurant, no cover ups, all hanging out. We did have problems with valet and other issues with what were the hotels system issues for billing. We let the staff know and they went above and beyond to make up for the inconveniences we had. **Hotel Management - valet team needs more staff - it's the start and finish to the stay and experience of your property.

This was a very nice family destination. Aquatipia was a great experience for the kids. We liked how easy it was to make charges to the room with a wrist band. I felt we did overspend a bit, it was easy to do there. Otherwise it was a great time

Indoor water park flop
Extremely dirty rooms and even more disgusting water park. Broken slides and clumps of dirt on the walls by dining area in water park. Overpriced dining throughout resort, they charge for 5 star dining but give you 2 star quality.

We recently brought our entire family for 2 night mid week getaway, upon arriving we checked into one of our rooms (we got a king bunk room, and a queen suite that attached), we found dirty children's underwear and dirty socks left behind from the previous guests. The water park was extremely filthy, the slides in the small children's area were covered in cracks and dirt. As a group we ate at the breakfast and dinner buffets, the breakfast was $15 per person and the dinner $25 per person, the selection on both were subpar. We paid for a nice hotel, and ended up staying in a glorified days inn! I would not recommend bringing your family here!

Come for the kids but for little else
Great water park and ski hill. Food was ok at best (junk food mostly). Rooms were ok, but very dusty and smelly (windows can't be open so there is never any fresh air in the rooms), and they see hard use with tons of kids in wet bathing suits and ski pants. I was in the room one day during the maid service. It took about 4 minutes, which means there was no cleaning going on, only making the bed and replacing towels.

Ik it's a family resort but children ran up n down the halls till midnight than again at 7am!!! Waterpark was excellent. Clean. Lines were a bit long in the morning with the new people coming in. Hot tub allows children of any age enough said. Overall I will go back.

We arrived at the hotel at about 10:30 am. We did check in at the front desk, they told us we would get a call when our room was ready. That was fine, we new we were early. They said the room would be ready between 11 and 4pm. The kids were able to ski, when we came back to the hotel at 3:30. We did not get in a room until about 5pm. Then are bands would not work to open the door, we had to go back to the desk wait in a long line again. Quite a hassle. If you have to get out of the rooms by 11am why can they not be ready on time. Plus the trip was my granddaughters birthday gift, when I told the desk clerk we were celebrating a birthday she said they need 48 hours notice for birthdays. After spending 800+ dollars, I'm sure there was something they could do to acknowledge her without 48 hours notice. Disappointed KS

Had a great stay with my husband and my year and a half old daughter! Only downside is there aren't many options for eating unless you want the buffet or appetizers. Found a great diner nearby to eat at though. We loved the water park and the arcade and had a great time at the facilities. Room service comes a little too early in the morning, especially for such a kid-friendly place.

I loved the water park, but we has some issues with our wristbands and check in. I emailed the hotel but did not hear back from them. Have been to kalahari and great wolf close by and even though this was the best water park, experience was lacking.

Loved to ski! When weather wasn't good for skiing, had lots of fun at Water Park! Very nice ski classes for children. My five-year old learned how to ski. His progress was tremendous after 90 min class!

Really enjoyed our first visit!
Overall, the stay was excellent. There are, however, a few things the hotel and resort can do to improve even more: - better signs leading to activities / better staff knowledge about where things are. We tried several times to find the mountain coaster, asked three employees where it was, and no one knew. - activities booklets and pens in every room -- usually hotels have a list of things to do in the actual room; our room only had a room service menu and there were no pens. - the elevator doors closed WAY too quickly -- one time it closed on us right after guests got off before we could even get on! -- which is dangerous as well as inconvenient - when we called for a bellhop at 11 the day of our departure, we were told it would take 45 minutes. Since this is your standard check-out time, you should have WAY more bellhops available. The food was good, the kids activities in the hotel itself were good (great arcade and great pottery place!), and the waterpark was also terrific. If you improved on the items above, you would be unbeatable.
