Perfect for families or groups, this spacious and luxurious home offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. The second level boasts a large living room with a cozy gas fireplace and a 62" Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights. The dining room has a large table that seats 12, perfect for meals together. The Master bedroom has a balcony with breathtaking lake views and an en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the second level. The first floor features three additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. Yearly family vaca

The property was great for fishing, kayaking, large spaces for 18 of us to be together. Swimming at the local beach was fun as well as the 4th of July BBQ for the community.

Beautiful home

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and we have the best time. The house was absolutely beautiful and we got to spend lots of time outside on the bottom deck and in the yard by the fire pit. We all slept comfortably. I would stay here again 100% whether it’s friends or family!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving reunion. The house was spacious & a kitchen allowed for numerous cooks. The children ernjoyed playing in the yard & we hiked on a local trail to a waterfalll. The hot tub was plus along with the gas fireplace.

Wonderful Long Weekend Away

Everything about the property is exactly as advertised. The house provides for a great family vacation. There are many areas to hang out outside -- in the sun, in shade, by the lake, etc. I highly recommend it!

Great location for active families

Great location for large family trip. Kids ages 2-16 had a great time- from paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming in the lake to playing lawn games and indoor games in the game room! House was spacious and had enough hangout areas where our four families could spread out and feel comfortable. The property has a nice, small sandy beachfront where little kids enjoyed playing and others were able to easily launch paddle boards and kayaks. We would stay here again for sure!

Family fun

We came here for some fun with a few families. We stayed two nights and were never bored! The lake is beautiful and the kids loved the row boat and kayaks. The hot tub was great too! We utilized both fire pits for warmth and smores! Eugene was available for all our questions and allowed us late check out which was the cherry on top of our great stay! Thanks!

Celebrating dad’s 70th birthday

Great multi family stay! My siblings and I took our parents and our families for a nice long weekend to celebrate our dad’s 70th birthday ! As kids we had a house in the poconos, so this was the perfect fit for our family enjoying quality time in the poconos and showing our kids how to unplug and enjoy the outdoors. The house slept all 15 comfortably and had enough room for family meals. Highly recommend

Family Vacation

Each year, our family, 4 couples and many children ranging from 2 to 12 years old look for a home to enjoy. We were more than impressed and pleased with our stay. The home was very clean and accomodated all of our needs. There was so much room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the sand area and the convenience of walking right into the water. Overall a favorite amongst all of us. Will be returning.

Overall stay was great. Nice property, comfortable house. The lake is definitely not a swimming lake! Did enjoy kayaking. Owner is very responsive to any questions or issues. There is 1 towel per person but no wash cloths which is a little strange, so bring your own.

As described. Spent most of the day on the lake. Hot tub was great. Comfortable sleeping situation. The paddle boat oars need a little love but we were able to use the kayak paddles instead. No screen doors made it difficult letting the fresh air in the house without bugs, but overall we had a great experience!

Great stay!

This was a cousins trip for 15 of us. The house was clean, bright with fantastic views of the lake. The hot tub was very clean and you can tell the owners took care in the details in the house. I’ve stayed at many short term rentals and this place had by far the most extensive collection of kitchen cooking utensils which was great. The first day we saw one roach and we braced ourselves for what was in store but we were thrilled that was the only one. No bugs at all after that. The heating was a bit tricky the first night. For future renters, we would recommend keeping the heat low upstairs and turning off the fireplace a couple hours before bed or else the temperature is too hot. We learned our lesson after the first night and the second night was perfect. Only real complaint was that I wish there was one more bathroom but we knew we booked a three bathroom place. That is not on the property at all. I would absolutely recommend the house for large groups. Thank you!

great for large groups

This house is exactly as described. very spacious with nice backyard and easy lake access for peaceful kayking/boating, fishing (although we only caught sunnys). Plenty of life jackets provided. Lake is clean. Kids swam but lake grass could be annoying so we also enjoyed the community pool which was perfect for the little ones. sandy beach was fun for the kids. Game room was fantastic. Hot tub was used daily. Everything in the house was in great condition. Highly recommend for family vacations. Check in was easy and I never had to contact owner as everything was perfect. clean linens provided but you make your own beds. Bring your own washcloths if you like to use them. Kitchen well stocked but could use some flat baking sheets and an additional kitchen towel. Check out didn't ask for stripping of beds or running the dishwasher but we of course did that out of courtesy as most VRBO's request it. Crib was small but perfect for 1 year old (bring crib sheet). Baby gate was provided. They really thought of everything. Community is quiet and great for taking walks. Do not hesitate to rent this house for a peaceful, fun relaxing family vacation.

Family week

There was plenty of room and everyone enjoyed the lake. Please suggest renters bring dish towels and wash cloths I had to go out and buy some. Overall this is a good rental.

This house was a good pick for something new to try. House was roomy and more then enough space for the 12 of us.The lake and beach were great and never crowded. The community pool was ridiculous with all the rules. Great for senior citizens but no one under 15. Back yard and hot tub was great.
