✔ A one-time $75 community registration fee is required per reservation.

✔ This fee is collected with your reservation and is remitted to Stillwater Estates as part of the required guest registration process. The host does not keep any portion of this fee.

✔ The registration fee includes access to the community amenities during your stay.

✔ Guests who wish to use the seasonal community pool are required by Stillwater Estates to purchase a $5 pool wristband per guest. This fee is also paid to the community and is not a host fee.

✔ Beach, lake, and tennis access require amenity wristbands, which are included with your community registration.

✔ Guest names and vehicle information must be submitted at least 72 hours before check-in so your registration and amenity passes can be prepared.
