"I had a great stay at the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel in Scranton while visiting for my sons orientation at Scranton University. The check-in process was fast and easy, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel’s historic charm makes it a unique place to stay, and the excellent service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Scranton area."

"As it was my first time with my wife, the rooms were pretty nice. We had the King suite golf view. For the price, the room was lackluster as the 4th floor view was directly above the valet area. So it was more roof view. Also, this place need way better ventilation as cigarette smell permeated through the entire hotel and Spa. It was as if our clothes reaked of the smell, when you left the pool to the Spa, the cigarette smell smacks you. The Spa should have fragrance blowing throughout. Other than that, the staff everywhere was amazingly nice."

"The property is kinda old but it was comfortable and the front desk was very friendly . However we had a balcony and the sliding door did not lock also the chain on the main door was broken. Did not really feel secure in our room. We only stayed the night so we weren't really that worried. Sometime in the early evening our water stopped working for a bit. All in all for the price and amount of time we were there it wasn't bad."

"Very clean room, beautiful hotel. The only issue i had was the parking lot was awkwardly located from the hotel. Not really far but a good walk to the entrance to the hotel entrance. Luckily I love walking and doing steps is not a problem for me."
