The space

Guest access
Guests can self-check-in using our smart lock. The code will be sent to you before check-in. The whole property is available to you with the exception of a locked cleaner's closet and two locked utility closets.

You will be sent a QR code 1-2 days before check-in, which will grant you access through the security gates to the community.

Other things to note
***Community Registration & Policies***

All guests must be registered with the HOA before being granted entry through the gates. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information before check-in.

The Arrowhead Lake HOA charges a $100 late fee for reservations made less than 3 days before check-in. Providing complete registration information ahead of time ensures a smooth and hassle-free check-in experience and will ensure you avoid the HOA late fee. We are happy to accommodate last-minute bookings, but please keep this fee in mind if your reservation is made with less than 3 days of notice.

In an effort to prevent bears, there is no curbside trash pickup at Arrowhead Lake. All trash must be disposed of at the Trash/Recycling Center next to the Welcome Center.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This rule is imposed by the township and HOA and no exceptions can be made. Anybody under this age is welcome to stay, but the person placing the booking must be 25 years old. A photo ID of the primary renter will be requested as part of the registration process.
