This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Pocono Lake. Inside, guests find a queen bed, a king bed, and a cozy bunk bed, making it ideal for families or groups. Two bathrooms offer convenience, each featuring a refreshing shower and a hair dryer. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this amazing space provides a phenomenal base for your getaway. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.


Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen including coffee bar, toaster, air fryer. Faucet water is filtered.

Living Room:
Nice size sectional to watch movies with 55" flat screen TV. Games and puzzles for kids and adults. Propane fire place for those cold days.

TV/Game Rm:
Love Seat and 55" TV. Video Games and Game table. Sit and drink your coffee with lake views.

Main Bedroom:
Located on the second floor bedroom has King size bed, dresser, lights with usb and outlet ports. Luggage rack in closet with extra blankets and pillows.


Second Bedroom;
Located on the second floor bedroom has two twin bunkbeds beds sleeps 4 people. Nightstand with lamp that has usb and outlet ports. Dresser and the best part is a secret fort in the closet for kids. Kids can have a pretend campfire or read a book under the dragon fly lights.

Full Bathroom:
Located on the second floor. Bathroom comes with full shower with tub, toilet, and sink. As well as bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

Third Bedroom:
Located on the first floor. Queen size bed with nightstands, lamps, and a dresser. Closet with extra blankets and pillows

Outside:
House has a nice back deck with chairs and cushions to enjoy your morning coffee. Rear of house offers a nice sized fire pit stocked with firewood, Korn hole boards, and other outdoor games.

Please note during winter months 4x4 vehicle is recommended to get around in our community because of snow.

Must be over 25 to rent

All trash must be taken to the compactor. If you leave trash bags behind you will be charged a $50 fee for extra trash. Food left outside will attract bears and other wildlife. (location given at check in)

Any unregistered pet will be an automatic $50 pet fee that will be charged


Any wristbands that are not returned when checked out with result in a $25 a wristband fee
