*NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who check-out from 10am - 12pm will be charged a fee of $100. Guests who check-out after 12pm will be charged that night's room fee.
Check-in details will be sent the day before arrival.

Other things to note
* * Please Note* * Arrowhead requires all guests to be registered separately with the Community Association. The registration fee is automatically included in your total price for overnight guests only. Increases to the guest count after booking may incur an additional registration fee. Day visitors to the property must purchase a day pass in order to enter the community. This cost is not included in the total price and will be charged to the guest at the time of registration.

Wristbands will be given to guests at check-in along with vehicle gate cards. Wristbands are to be worn whenever accessing community facilities (beach, pool, community center). A maximum of 14 wristbands will be distributed.

After booking with us you will get a message with the needed information to complete the community registration. To allow time to submit your registration to the community, this form needs to be completed no later than 5 days prior to your arrival.

Per Arrowhead Lake Community Association Policy, a late fee of $100 will be passed along to the guest if registration information is not submitted by the deadline. In addition, renters will be denied access to the Community if registration information is not received 1 day prior to arrival. No changes to guest/vehicle counts or refunds can be made less than 24hrs prior to check-in
