This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a spacious, open-concept layout that’s ideal for gathering with family and friends. ***NOTE***: Please go to the provided link after reserving the property to register all guest and your vehicles. You must print the parking pass to use while on property. This MUST be done before actual check in!

In order to access Locust Lake Village amenities (Lakes, Playgrounds, Beaches, Tennis Courts and more) you and your party must wear the provided wrist bands. (if lost or not returned at the end of the stay there will be a $35 fee for each wrist band not returned).

Located in a private, amenity-filled community with quiet hours to keep things peaceful (11 PM - 8:00 AM).

🎟️ Amenity Access:

Community wrist bands are required for lake/beach and amenity access (details provided after booking).

❄️ Seasonal Considerations:

4WD/AWD is recommended during winter months.

Full Filtration System:

One other item to note is a full filtration and water softener system. The area is known for hard water and with this in place, water will be fresh, crisp and enjoyable throughout your stay.

Guest access:

You will have access to the entire home including the outdoor area by fire pit and patio by our amenities. Additionally, you will have access to the Locust Lake Village amenities such as Tennis Courts, Soccer Fields, Playgrounds, Mini ski slope and multiple beautiful lakes and beaches around the community plus much more.

Other things to note:

Travel Insurance:

If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We have a semi strict cancellation policy and cannot refund due to unexpected travel delays or changes, emergencies, weather, illness or other travel related situations.

Amenity Waver Requirements:

All those staying on the property will be required to review, acknowledge and sign wavers in order to stay at Cardinal House. Failure to do so before start of reservation may lead to host having the right to cancel reservation. This link will be sent upon approved booking.

Pet Fee: During your stay, if you should have a small animal, we will charge a nominal "pet fee" at checkout. Please simply share a bit of details about your furry friend!
