This 5 bedroom, 2 bath home away from home sleeps 10 in beds, and has a game room. Located directly on Arrowhead Lake with one of the best views in this gated community! Swim, fish, canoe or kayak right from the backyard! Relax on 3 large decks and enjoy beautiful sunsets and Fall Foliage with direct balcony access from 3 bedrooms. Outside security cameras are installed in the front and back for additional safety.

*Minimum age 25 to rent*

ADDITIONAL Arrowhead Community costs (REQUIRED Year-Round):
-- Vehicle Gate Access: $20 per vehicle
-- Temporary Membership Fees for ages 6 and over (access to pools, beaches, fitness room, sports courts, lodge activities and events, etc.): $8.50 per person/per day (PEAK between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day); $2/person/day (OFF-PEAK after Labor Day until before Memorial Day)

Our lovely contemporary offers a modern, well-appointed kitchen, cathedral ceilings, skylights, a spacious family room with books, board games, HD Smart TVs and DVD players. Warm up on chilly nights with the pellet stove in the family room and a wood burning stove in the basement. Game room on the lower level offers a pool table and a foosball table, Wii, HD Smart TV and a DVD player to keep the kids busy.

Unlike other properties, firewood, propane gas, and our boats are all included!

Dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, washer/dryer, outdoor griddle grill and fire pit by the lake. WiFi Internet access is free. Canoes, kayaks, and standup paddleboards (SUPs) are available for your use (waiver required) from April through October. The lake is stocked with trout, bass, perch, and pickerel! The property is well-shaded and driveway can accommodate eight (8) cars.

Bring your bikes and ride to other amenities in the community including 3 outdoor heated pools (seasonal), 4 beaches with playgrounds, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, sledding hill, and the lakeside lodge with a fitness center!

The lake house was a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. Beautiful property with lots to do for medium sized kids--ages 5-9. The tire swing was a lovely touch and was great fun for all! The pools and beaches within the community were also incredibly convenient and accessible. Thank you for letting us enjoy it!

My family had a wonderful time at Arrowhead Lake. The neighborhood is so peaceful and the property and home itself are lovely. The kitchen was well-stocked and cooking on the flattop grill on the deck was a great experience. We appreciated the outdoor amenities especially - relaxing around the firepit and taking the boats for a paddle along the lake. We were only up for a short stay but hope to visit again in the future to enjoy the game room and some bike rides around the neighborhood.

The cabin was clean and well stocked. It was too cold for us to use the firepit or boats, but they looked well kept

Excellent Lakefront Home

The property was exactly as advertised. Our family had a great time in this cozy waterfront home on Arrowhead lake. The lake community has lots of amenities for families.

We had a great weekend with friends and family! It was the perfect house to hang out and relax on a chilly winter weekend. Being right on the lake allowed us to enjoy the view from the house, despite the cold. The kids and parents enjoyed the games in the basement!Although the house was older and lived in, which I love, it could have been slightly cleaner. The liner of the shower was dirty, for example. Overall, Wai was very informative throughout the process. He was quick to respond with any questions leading up to and following our stay. We had a great stay!

Amazing location, excellent hosts!

The view of the lake was perfect. There’s a fire pit at the lake front. Plenty of canoes and kayaks. Fully stocked wood and bbq propane for guest use. The house itself is dated but it’s clean and functional with plenty of indoor games too. The hosts are terrific. Communication was immediate. Definitely recommend.

Amazing vacation home

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house and had a truly memorable vacation experience. The spacious accommodations provided ample room for everyone, and we particularly cherished the serene backyard setting by the lake. We were highly impressed by the exceptional support and responsiveness of the property manager, who promptly addressed any inquiries or concerns we had. We are already planning our next visit and eagerly look forward to booking again in the near future.

Perfect weather

This was a cute little property that had everything we needed. Gorgeous view of lake and we enjoyed using the kayaks provided. There were even bikes available! We had perfect weather but the cool weather made the community pools chilly. Wai was an extremely responsive host and we appreciated his flexibility.

Arrowhead Friends reunion

Planned a girls get away in Arrowhead where we spend much of our childhood years. Despite the rain we enjoyed the house and location. Nice lake front property. We had a problem with a hornets nest on the deck and the property manager took care of it as fast as possible. Very accommodating and communicated well.

Family Ski Weekend

We had a great weekend skiing and snow tubing at both Camelback and Big Boulder. The house fit us all perfectly and the kids had a great time shooting pool and playing foosball down the basement. It was pretty cold so we weren't really able to enjoy the lake but it is the perfect location for warmer weather.

Excellent Host, Neat house

We had an issue with the water that was out of anyone's control. It was quickly and responsibly managed byt the host. He was exchanging text messages with me from 11PM till 1 AM and had a repair man there at 9:30 AM the next day. Therl vrbo app really sucks though because now i cant see what i am typing into this box.... anyway. The location was very scenic on the lake and the house had excellent amenities. Lastly. I gave 4 stars to t he check in just because it is in a community that requires a bit of extra paperwork and i hate paperwork. The process was fine though.

Family Vacation - Aug. 2024

We have been staying for a one week extended family vacation at Arrowhead Lake on and off since 1980. A wonderful community with a beautiful lake and lots of amenities. This year's Vrbo rental was by far the BEST one of all. Prime location, great house layout and lots of things to do to keep everyone in our family happy. Lighting the fire pit each evening was a fun way to all gather together, make S'Mores and recap our day's activities. Having bikes, paddle boards and kayaks were a real plus and the pool table was awesome too for our competitive little family. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicative to our questions and needs both before and during the rental. Will definitely be renting this property again in the future. Fun times.

Arrowhead lakeside house

We recently spent a long weekend skiing and enjoying family time. The house is in a great location, lakeside with nice views of the lake, with ready access to Jack Frost/Big Boulder. The host was excellent; he got back to us almost immediately and addressed all questions and concerns. The house itself is older and could definitely use some upgrades, but it is priced accordingly. It was fine for our family and our needs. The basement pool and foosball tables were definite pluses, as were the wood stove pellet stove in the basement and main living area, respectively. The kitchen was well-equipped. We would have liked an additional bathroom, but we made do. All in all, we had a great time. Please take note of additional charges: vehicles are charged $20 each, and each person (age 6+) is charged $6 a day for access to community facilities, whether you use them or not. Nine people and 4 vehicles add up!

Wonderful Vacation House and Great Hosts

we loved our stay.! The house was very nice lots to love ,you can tell the owners and host are updating it. The bathrooms are updated and clean. The nice downstairs bathroom is all new and new has a great shower. The house has air conditioners in every bed room, the beds were all comfy, the host provided plenty of extra pillows and blankets. There is a great washer and dryer. The kitchen is clean all the appliances are new and the owners supplied it with all the essential things. Good knives and plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The grill is awesome, and so easy to use. The basement was a bit musty, there was a dehumidifier we ran it and it helped, that being said the kids loved the pool table .Our family loved the dock it was so nice for fishing and sunsets on the lake .We also were so glad the house included enough kayaks and canoes that we all could go out on the lake together. Host provided all the wood we needed for the fire pit every day and we appreciated all the thought that went into the landscaping, a nice path to the fire pit and dock with solar lighting for night time. We loved all the wildlife. The host was so good about answering all our questions and was great to work with. The extra fees for use of facilities seemed high but it was worth it -they had all kinds of activities we enjoyed. and the entire area is really beautiful and beautifully cared for and safe. This is a perfect place for family vacations.
