This bright apartment offers:

- a living room opening onto a private terrace on the pool side equipped with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, a living room separated by a huge library with desk and TV, a dining area with functional fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, classic coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle and toaster, raclette machine).

Bedroom 3 with a double bed 140x200 on the stage, without separation from the living room. A modern and functional layout that will appeal to young people.

The swimming pool:
A 12m x 3m heated swimming pool open from May to October (depending on the weather), with its deckchairs and outdoor shower, shared with the other tenants of the estate's gites.

For the serenity of parents, access to the swimming pool is fully secured by a protective barrier that complies with standards.

Covered play area (table tennis, darts), laundry room shared with the other gites (washing machine/dryer) and secure bike storage.

Private parking for vehicles outside, and covered garage for bicycles inside the estate.

PGJyPgCapacity is 6 adults and a baby. No exceeding the maximum capacity will be allowed.

The chimney is functional.
