The bathroom in room 528 had a leak and the floor was soaked. I called the front desk to report it and request another room, but the person at the front desk was very rude and told me to put towels on the floor to mop it up, saying they didn't have any rooms available. The Westin Jackson
Room was great, staff were great. Pool was freezing cold, not clean, garbage floating in it. Restaurant was slow.
