"Disappointed - 0 stars! TV didn't work and couldn't call the front desk to get it fixed because the phone didn't work. Breakfast was a joke! The only choice was fruit loops and coffee. I don't know how this hotel is rated so high."

"Easy access from the highway, ample parking, near gas station with convenience food items. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Would stay there again."

"When I arrived I noticed that the entry and reception area was under a total reconstruction. The hostess was very professional and apologized for the clutter. The room was clean but does need some updating ... especially the bathroom. Breakfast was not up to the Best Western standard ... I was greatly disappointed."

"Our room was disgusting- brown (poop) stains on the bathroom wall, dust an cobwebs all over, after coming back from the pool I wiped some water off our room floor and the towel turned black! The shower head only had 3 holes that allowed water out! Absolutely gross and dirty"

"Room was odd but was clean. Front desk person was helpful and I liked the water and snacks they had easily available. Breakfast concept downstairs was nice although the scrambled eggs were the powdered kind and the bacon was not edible. Fruit and cereal and juices were nice. There was a long line for waffles. "
