The biggest surprise was the small ice machine on our floor. We stayed in 4 different hotels around eastern europe on this trip and nowhere else had that feature."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel with a great restaurant. Perhaps the best part was the
considerate attention of the owner and the receptionist, Viktoria. They were so nice,
making this a memorable experience. There are a lot of steps, but we were helped with
our bags. Dinner in the restaurant was great and the only downside was that the cellar
part of the restaurant was closed for the summer. We were taken down to see it,
though, and it is really fabulous. Breakfast is included and eggs were made to order,
besides other options. I wish we had planned for more time in Pilsen and if we make it
back, we would definitely stay here again."
