"Room smelled musty the entire time we were there. Even after running the a/c for hours as well as the bathroom. It just felt kind of damp/humid the entire time in the room. Beds were fine, most staff was eager to talk with us as we walked by, breakfast was fine as well nothing spectacular but filling. The location is phenomenal for everything close by. Outback within walking distance and so is the rest of the area in the downtown area. Loved the area for what we did get to see."

"Cute cozy and perfect for a short stay in lovely Oriental! Nice view of sailboats. Quick to main town. Our only issue was the very aggressive dog across the way. He was penned on the upper deck but he barked non stop and strained to jump out any time we walked out. Large dog and rather unnerving. Otherwise perfect visit!!!!"

"Kate and Dustin are great hosts and serve a delicious breakfast! The Inn is spotless and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect- close to town and Oriental's beautiful waterfront is a pleasant walk just down the street. My room (Bar Harbor) was quiet, comfortable and lovely. I would absolutely book the Inn At Oriental again!"

"This is an amazing property, everything was perfect for our stay, host was amazing and even checked on us, my wife and dogs loved it as well. The water is right there and was perfect for us to relax and enjoy, very peaceful, hardly any people on the beach, felt like we were the only out there the majority of the time. The house had everything that you would need and was very comforting. Internet was spotty at best but that made things even better for us to enjoy the area and each other, it was great to unplug and unwind. Our host had the house loaded with everything imaginable, if you forgot something, it was there…..we will be back!!!"
