In a peaceful setting on 1 hectare of woodland, 3 km from Morlaix, 14 km from the beaches of Carantec, 30 minutes from Huelgoat, 1 hour from the famous seaside resort of Perros-Guirec, you will have many leisure activities available on site (private tennis court (clay), table tennis, piano, bicycles, board games, comics, novels, etc.) or extremely close by. A 1 km walk along a footpath takes you to a cinema, aquatic center, and shopping center.
On the ground floor, there is a bright, open-plan space measuring 80 m² with a living room and kitchen (fully equipped with a waffle maker, beer tap, etc.). There is one bedroom with a private bathroom and a toilet. The piano is on the ground floor. There is also a room with a freezer and washing machine.
The house has one floor with a large TV lounge with novels and board games. Two bedrooms with double beds and a 12 m² relaxation area with a comfortable sofa bed. Two other bedrooms have five single beds (in total). Two bathrooms (with hairdryers) on this floor and two toilets.
Bath towels and bed linen are provided.
A large terrace is perfect for outdoor dining (barbecue available) and relaxing (6 sun loungers).
You can recharge your electric car (5.5 kW/h charging station). Most of the electricity is generated by solar panels. Parking for 4 cars next to the house. 1 additional parking space near the garage.
