Beautiful detached house in a quiet neighborhood.
Comfortable layout with living/dining room opening onto a large southwest-facing terrace with a Swedish wood-burning stove.
House on 2 floors: on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a shower room. Separate toilet.
Upstairs, 2 separate bedrooms with double beds (140x190). Bathroom with toilet.
Open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, Thermomix)
Amenities: washing machine, iron, TV and internet access.
Non-smoking house.
Maintained garden with unfenced lawn and parking space.
