The house is located 300m from the sea. It is south facing with a beautiful view of the sea in a very quiet area. The garden is closed (800m²) and the 40m² terrace is full of facing the Audierne bay.
-The house is on one level and dates from 2013. It has a fitted kitchen (induction hob, microwave, electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, iron ...)
-A living room with 2 seater sofa, a stessless, a flat screen and a Blu-Ray player
-Bathroom (shower + washing machine + dryer)
-Independent WC
-A bedroom with closet and 140cm bed
-A bedroom with 2 90cm beds + closet
-The household linen can be provided in its entirety (sheets, tea towels, gloves and hand towels). It is provided free of charge. Notify when booking.
-On the terrace, you will find a table and 6 chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 sunbeds, 2 armchairs.

The price includes:

-The electricity package: 70kw / h week
-The water consumption package: 3m3 / week
The arrival in the rental is on Saturday afternoon from 4 p.m. and the departure is on Saturday morning before 10 a.m.
-We do not accept pets
-The rental is for 4 people maximum and a week minimum
