House located on the border of Plouharnel-Carnac, a resort renowned for its beautiful beaches and megalithic site. It is situated in a quiet countryside area, near an old abbey.

Shops 1.2km away, Carnac beach 2.6km away, large Plouharnel beaches 3km away.



Villa of approximately 95 m², recent (2006) - detached on large plot.

- Living room / lounge with television and access to terrace and garden

- Independent fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer.

- Utility room with washing machine.

- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds pushed together to form a 180cm bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower.

- Separate toilet.



First floor (slightly attic rooms):

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160cm.

- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds close together forming a 180cm bed.

- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90cm.

- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.



House for a maximum of 7 people.

No pets allowed. Note: horses present on the neighbouring land.

Pas de congélateur, très peu de vaisselle pour une maison 7 personnes verres , assiettes tasses et autres à compléter La salle d'eau du rdc ainsi que la chambre rdc manquent de rangement un simple portant branlant dans la chambre pas de porte serviettes ni porte-savon Côté buanderie elle existe et c'est bien mais revoir l'éclairage. les clôtures légères pour séjour avec un petit chien, sachant qu'au bout du jardin se trouve un enclos pour chevaux très agréable la vue sur les chevaux mais la clôture trop légère" Annick - Booking - 04/08/2025
