House located approximately 1 km from the center of Plouharnel, 1.5 km from the large beach of Sainte Barbe and 3 km from Carnac.

Living room fitted with a corner sofa, armchairs, television, fireplace, French window giving access to a large raised terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.

A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and storage.

Bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Tolle Umgebung, super Lage. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und eingerichtet, allerdings etwas abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig: das Eisfach im Kühlschrank ist defekt, der Staubsauger kaputt, ein Gefrierschrank in der Garage nicht mehr vorhanden, die Farbe in den Schlafzimmern blättert an einigen Stellen ab. Trotz allem sehr gut zu bewohnen!
