This holiday home will seduce you with its privileged location in the bay of Morlaix, a central point for radiating between ROSCOFF, the Finistère point (POINTE du RAZ, ABERS, ...) and the Pink Granite coast (BREHAT, PERROS GUIREC, PLOUMANAC H, ....).
For family holidays, a bridge of a few days, trips on the GR34 .... The ideal place to enjoy the seaside, the wild coast, rest and fill up on iodine!
Do you want to enjoy the sunset, a swim at high tide, an improvised BBQ on the beach? Direction the small cove of Kerarmel 2 km (bikes are provided for the bravest).
Want to rest? The sunny terrace awaits you ... while the children play freely in the large enclosed garden. You can also take advantage of the vegetable patch and the herbal corner, with picking strawberries, tomatoes, zucchini ... to garnish with mint, thyme, rosemary, .... depending on the season.

Beautiful House

We Had a fantastic week in a very lovely House ,that has been fitted Out with All Things needed for a relaxed holliday in a beautiful piece of France. Can highly recommend staying Here.

Wir waren zwei Wochen hier in diesem wunderschönen kleinen Haus und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die erste Woche waren wir zu zweit, später dann zu viert. Ging gut, auch mit nur einer Toilette. Die zweite Dusche haben wir als Ausweichmöglichkeit genutzt. Wir würden das Häuschen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Séjour parfait

Gîte très bien équipé et très propre, fonctionnel et bien situé, au calme. Propriétaire très disponible et plein de bons conseils. Nous avons pu faire de magnifiques randos sur le GR34 et ailleurs (monts d'Arrées, enclos,...). Gîte à recommander, où nous reviendrons volontiers.

Maison de pêcheurs

La photo est trompeuse, on ne voit pas que la maison est mitoyenne mais cela n'a pas posé de problème...comme le parking dans la rue...Il y a quatre chambres, je pense ce gite "un peu juste" pour huit personnes avec deux salles de bains et un wc dans l'une...Ceci mis à part, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte confortable, bien équipé et au calme...Avec un temps incertain nous n'avons pu apprécier l'espace extérieur qui était grand avec tables, barbecue et vélos...Une autre fois peut être...Cordialement.

Kleines Fischerhaus mit großem Garten

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr nett begrüßt, der uns viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben hat. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr ruhig. Im Garten kann man schön entspannen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Touren in die Umgebung. Im Haus wirklich wenig Sitzgelegenheiten.

Séjour chez "maison de pêcheur" dans le Finistère

superbe semaine en Baie de Morlaix, soleil au rdv, ce qui était un peu inespéré vu l'année pluvieuse, plein les yeux tant avec les paysages de bord de mer que l'intérieur des terres (Monts d'Arrés). toutes les Balades effectuées en moto en résumé, n'hésitez pas à choisir la Bretagne pour vos prochaines vacances.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Laurent. Celle ci est agréable et joliment décorée, dans un environnement très calme. Crêperie, boulangerie et petite supérette à 5 minutes à pied. Merci Laurent pour votre accueil et vos attentions à notre arrivée.

Jolie maison de vacances

Maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée, un extérieur appréciable avec un grand jardin. Vélos pour toute la famille. Idéalement située pour visiter le Finistère nord depuis Brest et jusqu’au Côtes d’Armor avec Perros Guirec. Beaucoup de sites à découvrir en famille tels que Île de Batz, château du Taureau, chocolaterie Grain de Sail, et activités telles que paddle, char à voile. Laurent nous fournit de bonnes adresses de balades ainsi que de bons restos!! N’hésitez pas, réservez !!!

Un coin de paradis

Dès notre arrivée Laurent à donné le ton sur notre séjour : chaleureux, efficace, de bons conseils... une maison où on se sent "comme à la maison" une propreté irréprochable et tout est fait et conçu pour passer un séjour breton 5 étoiles. Pas le temps de s ennuyer tellement de beaux sites à visiter... la Bretagne c est comme le beurre c est pur bonheur et le climat est doux comme le caramel et le panel de couleurs indéfinissable.... séjourner à Héol c est prendre un bel envol

Un endroit de rêve

Très bel endroit, décoré avec goût, Laurent était très disponible, il a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer et de nous donner de bonnes idées de balades. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée, on peut cuisiner, pâtisser. On s’est senti comme à la maison.

Un bon séjour dans une maison confortable.

Nous avons été très bien reçus et il y a dans la maison tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Laurent nous a beaucoup aidé avec des informations pour explorer la belle région. Nous pouvons fortement recommander un séjour dans la maison.

Vacances réussies

Maison agréable, très bien aménagée et équipée. La literie est particuliérement confortable. Les extérieurs très bien entretenus, sont suffisants grands pour accueillir une famille, salons de jardin, barbecue et vélos.... en libre service. Les commodités (boulangerie, alimentation.....) sont accessibles à pied et l'environnement est calme. Les conseils donnés par le propriétaire tant sur la découverte de la région que sur les bonnes adresses nous ont été précieux. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la convivialité du propriétaire et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!

Pour des vacances au calme

La maison correspond bien à la description donnée. Elle est accolée d'un côté, mais il règne dans le vaste et joli jardin un calme absolu. L'équipement est complet, il ne manque rien. La literie est de bonne qualité. Tout ce qu'il faut, donc, pour un séjour serein, à quelques minutes à pied ou à vélo des magnifiques paysages de la Baie de Morlaix.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Gute Lage im Ort und zum super Sandstrand 15 min Plage du Primel. Super schöner Garten, alles da was man so braucht. Genug Geschirr. Alles funktioniert, und mit Vermieter alles sehr einfach und mit guten Tips. Sehr nett zur Begrüßung Kekse und Cidre. Vier Fahrräder.

Rundherum Super.

Tolle Lage in einem Ort, in dem es alles gibt: Bäcker, Gaststätte, Bar, Supermarkt... Superfreundlicher Empfang. Sauber und komplette Ausstattung. Es fehlt leider an gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Belegung mit 4 Personen empfohlen. Drüber wirds eng.

Agréable maison, c'est la première fois que nous trouvons une location avec tous les produits de première nécessité a disposition. toutefois un deuxième wc serait bien utile pour un gite qui peu recevoir 8 personnes
