On the ground floor, large bright living room of 45m2, fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the large wooden terrace of 38m2, and its large enclosed garden with trees and intimate trees of 1800 m2, with its small pond biologically treated against mosquitoes, are conducive to relaxation.
You will also find on the ground floor a storeroom with washing machine, a shower room and separate toilet.
