    "La petite Iroise", 3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). (steep stair), 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 6 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Absolute Fehlbuchung von uns

Der Garten muss mit dem Nachbarhaus geteilt werden. Deren Wintergarten ist genau vor der Terrasse, man schaut sich quasi auf den Teller. Wenn die Nachbarshunde in dem Wintergarten sind geht das Gebelle direkt los. Der verwilderte Garten kann nicht genutzt werden. Das Haus war so voll mit Moskitos und Ungeziefer die Nächte waren kaum auszuhalten. Basierend auf den tausenden Flecken an den Wänden ist das ein dauerhaftes Problem.

Wunderhübsches Häuschen - aber dreckig

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen, gut gelegen und ruhig, die nahe Strasse ist kaum zu hören. Der Garten ist lieblos, eine rauhe Wiese, geteilt mit dem grossen Nebenhaus, dazu ein rostiger Tisch, zwei kapputte Sitzhocker, Vordach über der Haustür zerbrochen. Das Innere hätte Potential, leider war es bei unserer Ankunft extrem dreckig, das Bad ekelhaft. Die Stuhlkissen kaputt und fleckig, in den meisten Küchenschränken Schimmel, Töpfe und Teller dreckig usw. Mehr Pflege und das wäre ein Traumhaus...

Schmutzig

Bei Ankunft waren überall Spinnweben und die Küche und Fenster waren klebrig schmutzig, so dass wir erst gründlich durchputzen mussten. Hinter der defekten Couch (Rückenlehne abgebrochen) fanden wir dann auch noch den Dreck der letzten Jahre. TV ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch sind nur französische Sender zu empfangen. Die in der Ausschreibung erwähnten Liegestühle waren auch nicht vorhanden. Die Toilette ist so eng, dass alle über 1,60 Probleme haben sich auf der Schüssel zu platzieren.

Die Beschreibung ist etwas „reduziert“, und trifft nicht ganz die Situation. Man sollte wissen, dass diese kleine Ferienhaus im Garten eines anderen Ferienhauses steht. Man ist nicht wirklich für sich allein. Das Haus selbst ist nur sehr einfach eingerichtet und nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet. Das Haus punktet im Wesentlichen über seine Lage, z.B. zum Strand.
