Essy access to Plitvice national park. Rooms are nice with great balcony overlooking lakes/forest. Good breakfast buffet. Only downside was that many of the staff we encountered were impatient, and at times quite scornful and rude.

Non friendly front desk personnel. Rooms had no insulation for sound and we could hear the next room occupants’s conversation. When other rooms using flush we could hear filling the tank for a while. With mentioning to front desk we could not get any help.

The location of the hotel is perfect. We had a wonderful experience in the lakes and hiking. The hotel is rundown, and the staff were not as friendly or helpful as they could have been, and there were zero amenities in the hotel room It was expensive for the experience

Great location and notably well managed hotel with outstanding staff who provided extra help whenever needed. The hotel caters to National Park visitors and hosts group tours but you never felt part of a crowd. The park was spectacular, even with some mobility issues, and the hotel was a perfect choice. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Not luxury but better than basic in terms of comfort and functionality. Breakfast was also very pleasant. Would stay again if I return to Plitvice. It is a very very short walk to entrance two.

Bedrooms were old fashioned, with a generally ‘tired’ look. The water in the shower/bath took forever to drain away and there was a strange smell in the bedroom. The aircon unit is directly above the bed so it blows freezing cold air directly onto you, making it impossible to keep on during the night. The breakfast offering is absolutely dire - coloured water instead of fresh fruit juices, chilled mushrooms - why?? All the breads and croissants were hard/stale. No fresh yoghurt, just cartons from supermarket. The only fresh fruit was oranges cut into 4! Just dreadful, and very expensive for what you get. The swimming pool was difficult to find and does not open until the afternoon on some days so not really a proper facility. No outdoor sitting areas so you’re either at the Lakes or in your room. All round, not a great experience, considering the great location

Accessible parking was excellent. Staff very helpful planning our trip knowing my husbands limited mobility and making transportation arrangements. Accessible room was great except for bathroom. Using the shower got water all over the bathroom floor and was very dangerous...very slippery! For breakfast they were slow to refill the food.
