"The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though there were three large tour groups, we still felt valued. The room was very nice (although it could have used more light) We had a very enjoyable stay. It was an excellent jump-off point for the Plitvice lakes and waterfalls"

Literally the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on I want to buy one… Tanya was super helpful and it was decently easy to walk to find food but note it is stairs only no elevator and you have to coordinate cars to the national park and bus stop but honestly loved everything about it! Wouldn’t change a thing!"

"The location to the park was great. The restaurant was perfect and the room was pretty nice. For the cost however we only got maybe half of a hot shower before it turned frigid. There was a note next to the shower indicating they have a 80 liter hot water boiler- but we didn’t get three minutes of hot water in the shower. Use the bath house if you want a hot shower."
