  • NEW in Pleumeur-Bodou! Apartment with sea view for 4-6 people, 200m walk from the beach. Nestled in an idyllic setting, this bright, recently built apartment is located between Trégastel and Trébeurden, a stone's throw from Île Grande. The apartment combines space and light thanks to its large bay windows. The living/dining room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring the comfort of each occupant. The master bedroom has its own toilet. A separate toilet completes this apartment. The ground-floor apartment is distinguished by its two outdoor terraces, one of which is raised and made of exotic wood, offering an unobstructed view of Île d'Aval and Île Grande. The apartment also has a private paved parking space right next to it. You will be close to the most popular sites on the Pink Granite Coast (Ploumanac'h, Trégastel, Trébeurden, Peros-Guirec, etc.) to fully enjoy the fine sandy beaches and various walks for a successful family holiday. During the summer season, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday!
    Bath towels and bed linen can be provided on request for an additional fee.

Appartement très agréable avec une belle vue mer. Les terrasses sont très agréables. A noter que pour accéder à la mer il faut quand même traverser la route pas forcément évident avec des enfants. Mais c’est parfait pour aller pêcher les coquillages à côté de l’appartement! Sinon l’appartement est bien équipé. Et localisation top. Bonne communication et très disponible.
