"The property is located in a beautifully forested area on an estate making it a perfect get away from my family’s daily urban bustle of living in Paris. The renovation of the guest house is well done and tasteful. The wood burning fireplace was a delight in the chilly weather to celebrate an early Canadian-style Christmas. "Our family had a pleasant stay for a week in this house. The rooms are big and have seperate bathrooms. The ambiance is lovely; just like you would expect in the French countryside. "the house fulfilled the remit as a good place to stay for a family with young children. My sister and I met up with my brother and his family who live in Germany. There was lots of space outside for them to play also with badminton set and archery. There was also good storage facilities for bikes etc. We loved the large woodburner and plenty of logs which heated the house well. The two toilets separate to the shower and bathrooms was also good. We didn't like the nylon covers for the chairs...
