Stone house, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom / shower, in a pleasant setting of old houses and quiet greenery.
Pretty hamlet in a quiet Pleslin Trigavou near the estuary of the Rance, 100 m from The Green Lane between Dinan and Dinard and the heart of the tourist region Dinan / Dinard Emerald Coast.
Stone house completely renovated with charm, bright and cozy. Enclosed garden at the back.
Kitchen / Living / Dining room with wood stove, beams, very well equipped and more than pleasant.
Upstairs a twin room facing south, bathroom with large shower, separate toilet, all under beams.
Under roof and exposed beams large double bedroom romantic spirit.
Bed linen and towels included in season - Not included from November to beginning of March except for school holiday period or on request due to complications.
Also nearby is Golf de Tremereuc and Dinard / Saint-Briac seaside golf course. Sailing Club, Stables, Green Lane, Coastal Stars, Aquarium, Zoo.

Fabulous Gite!

The gite is beautifully decorated and appointed. The location is central for Dinard, Dinan, and St. Malo. There are megaliths, a walking path, and a boulangerie within walking distance. It was perfect!

Gîte très agréable

Location spacieuse pour 4 personnes dans un gîte breton rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et gérée par Helen, personne très sympathique et agréable. Située à mi distance entre Dinan et Dinard, le gîte est idéalement situé et permet de se balader facilement entre terre et mer selon les envies. La proximité de la voie verte permet également de jolies balades à pied ou à velo.

A beautiful cottage in an ideal location for St Malo and Mont St Michel (if you don’t mind a bit of a drive). Very peaceful, lovely modern space.

Wundervolles Cottage

Es war eine schöne Zeit in dem Cottage. Wir haben die Bretagne erkundet und sind jeden Abend gern in das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus zurückgekommen. Trotz nicht vorhandener Französischkenntnisse und unseres überschaubaren Englisch hat sich Helen -die Vermieterin- sehr bemüht uns das Haus verständlich zu übergeben.Liebe Helen, vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft.Ramona und Sven

Super schöne Wohnung in einem historischen Steinhaus

2 schöne Wohnungen über 3 Etagen, die einander überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigen. Viele alte Möbelstücke wurden aufbereitet und mit integriert. Es war alles super sauber und ordentlich, die Betten super! Der Garten hintenrausdie Ruhe einfach wunderbar. Helen ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Silent retreat but very well located

This nicely renovated and clean cottage was great for a peaceful repose. The nights were silent making for great sleep. However, the town is well developed and very close to conveniences and main towns of St.Malo, Dinard and charming Dinan. Helen, the hostess and property manger is a lovely lady who went well out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and dealt with any issues promptly. She takes great care of guests to ensure we stay well. I thank her for her 5 star hospitality :)-
