"Le studio en lui même est très agréable , propre et fonctionnel. En revanche pour l'arrivée, si vous n'êtes pas garés juste à côté c'est sport! Je vous conseille également de récupérer les clés avant de décharger vos bagages sinon tout se fera a pied et vous n'aurez pas accès à l'ascenseur. Autre point un peu gênant, le quartier est très bruyant, toutes les nuits nous avons eu droit à personnes qui parlaient très fort, criaient et ce toute la nuit parfois ! C'est un peu gênant. "Tout est parfait dans cet appartement bien agencé, super confortable et très bien équipé (rien ne manque). La localisation est optimale par rapport aux lieux touristiques. Epicerie et boulangerie dans le village, supermarchés à moins de 10mn, Paimpol à 15mn.Et pour nous qui avons une voiture électrique, la cerise sur le gâteau : 2 bornes électriques à 100m de l'appartement, sur le parking du village, toujours disponibles et à très bas tarif. "Huge, spacious stone house fully renovated. It was a pleasure staying there. The kitchen is fully equipped, the essentials are all there.Interestingly the train station in Guingamp is not actually the city center, and this place is close to the train station so it's not exactly in the old part of town. "We stayed for a week in August, myself, my wife, 2 children and our dog. Absolutely brilliant, beautiful house and gardens, the gardens are secure so we didn't have to worry about our dog escaping. We were able to relax by the outdoor swimming pool and use the indoor swimming pool also. We didn't make use of the sauna as the outside temperatures were 25degrees plus. We explored the north Eastern Brittany area, there are some wonderful landmarks nearby to visit, some beautiful towns and lots of nice creperies. The hosts were excellent, very knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. We would highly recommend "

"Wonderful stay, booked in a whim! Delightful staff, literally perfect accommodation and the comfiest bed ever. Very quiet area with secure parking. Parking is not free, I think its about €5 a day. The only thing is no air conditioning which considering this is brand new, is a bit of an oversight. Having said that everything was perfect and immaculate."
