Fue toda una decepción, el desayuno un simple croissant con un café y como teníamos k irnos antes de as 9 no nos pusieron nada para desayunar por qué no había nadie. Donde se ha visto k un desayuno empiece a las 9 mañana . No repetiría la verdad y encima me tengo k hacer yo la cama y recoger las sábanas y toallas y dejarlas en un hueco en la escalera. Bonjour nous sommes arrivés et la porte du logement fermait mal. Après avoir insisté une personne de l accueil nous a aidé à résoudre le problème. Le salon de jardin était vraiment très sale, l étendoir à linge également. Le caisson du canapé lit n a jamais été nettoyé. L antenne tv était cassée. Le lendemain cause robot dans la piscine impossible de se baigner. Mais le robot n a a jamais bougé . C est uniquement qu il n y avait personne pour le débrancher.

There was black mold on the curtains… temperature was terrible because of the insulation. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Kitchen cabinets stinked really bad. We had to wash the dishes every time before cooking and eating, because the smell was stuck on them.

L'emplacement ressemble plus à une résidence HLM au milieu d'une zone commerciale qu'une résidence vacances... Malheureusement, nous avons réceptionné un logement pas très clean avec une vaisselle très (très) sale ! Ce qui n'a pas aidé à lever nos aprioris liés à l'environnement... Malgré tout, nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir une résidence très calme, bien équipée, avec une piscine qui a le mérite d'être présente ! En résumé, bon rapport qualité prix, à proximité de tout (commerces, grandes villes, pas trop loin des plages). Très sincèrement, nous aurions réceptionné un logement propre, j'aurais pu faire l'impasse sur l'environnement de la résidence... mais nous avons vraiment eu l'impression que le contrôle ménage après les précédents locataires n'avait pas était fait ou alors a été plus que bâclé !

Reservation pour un studio avec balcon et finalement pas de balcon. D'apres la residence, c'est une fausse information d' hotels.com. Studio avec une tres belle salle de bain mais piece de vie minuscule. Tres petite piscine etant donne la taille de la residence et peu de chaises longues prises d'assaut. Si j'avais su qu'il n'y avait pas de balcon, je n'aurais pas loué la-bas mais plutot vannes centre.

Les réservations via Expédia ne sont pas mises à jour avec la résidence. La plate-forme à donc annuler notre réservation la veille car la chambre réservée n’était pas disponible. Heureusement ils ont pu nous trouver un autre logement. Logement complet mais sale (sous vêtements des anciens vacanciers, chaises extérieures inutilisables, baignoire non nettoyée). un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé.

Bien pour plusieurs jours.

Cadre agréable avec piscine et salle de fitness à disposition. Accueil très sympa. Quelques inconvénients toutefois : - Le confort des lits est relatif (1 matelas peu épais) - Nous sommes venus en famille pour une nuit seulement et les conditions d’accueil étaient contraignantes : Studio disponible seulement à 17h et devant être libéré à 10h le lendemain, avec les lits à faire en arrivant et le ménage à faire avant de partir, les couettes à plier et les draps à mettre dans un local pour le nettoyage. Bref, nous avons donc dû nous lever vers 8h30 (après nous être couchés tardivement pour le festival de jazz) le temps de prendre le petit déjeuner et de tout nettoyer derrière. Donc beaucoup d’intendance pour un si court séjour et un prix de 95€ (studio 4 personnes) plutôt élevé compte tenu des services demandés et du peu de temps alloué pour occuper la chambre, même si nous avions la possibilité de profiter de la piscine avant et après, ce qui était appréciable. Je déconseille donc un séjour d’une nuit, voire deux, pour cette formule village vacances. En revanche, cela doit être très agréable pour plusieurs jours, les contraintes devenant plus faibles en proportion.
