We loved this little house a few minutes walk from a super sandy beach, about a 15 minute walk to the busy seaside town of Val André with all its amenities and an even shorter walk to the pretty port of Dahouët with is great boulangerie and creperies. The house itself had everything you could possible need; a modern kitchen, with espresso coffee machine, dining both inside and outside, comfortable bedrooms with lots of space for storage, a large private garden at the rear.It was nice to find basics such as condiments, sugar, coffee, oil/vineger, dishwasher tablets and washing powder for guests to use, and not having to bring your own.Alexandra the host was very welcoming and was always in hand should we have needed any help.

Ideal situation

We loved the modern house situated in a quiet area with its view of the sea at the front and countryside at the back. The coastal path is a few yards from the house and one way goes the short distance to the Port of Dahouet, the other to the resort of Pleneuf Val Andre both with superb views and places to eat. There are many beautiful places to visit by car. Alexandra was so pleasant and helpful and our whole experience was excellent. We highly recommend.

Excellent stay

Everything in the holiday home was excellent as was the booking arrangements. The only comment we would make was that the owner didn’t give details of the situation as regards bedding- they needed to say if bedding and towels were included or not in the details of the property
