- This apartment is located in a dynamic area, close to the beach, the GR 34 and all the shops accessible on foot. It is 60m2, has a sea view and is located on the garden level of a small residence with elevator.
It is composed of an entrance with a large closet, a living room with a sitting area and a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a large closet, a bathroom with double sink and spacious shower and a separate toilet.

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Wohnung gut und toller Strandblick und ein paar Schritte zum Meer. Was zu bemängeln wäre ist das es zeitweise unangenehm gerochen hat vom ersten Tag an. Ob die Vormieter nichts gerochen haben!?

Sehr schön, alles vom Vermieter gut durchdacht, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Viele Schränke. Große Wohnung.
Zweite Reihe am Strand, leider war nur noch eine Woche frei!
Der Ort ist sehr schön, nicht so touristisch, viele bretonische Artisans.
Ideal mit Kindern aber auch barrierefrei.

Il faisait beau à Val André et nous avons très bien récupéré. Tout était parfait dans l'appartement et ce n'est qu'à quelques mètres de la plage, nous avons eu de magnifiques couchers de soleil tous les soirs. Et la Bretagne est aussi très impressionnante à d'autres égards. La propriétaire était super gentille et s'est occupée (de nous :-)) de tout parfaitement.
