Bel appartement au calme

Logement au calme, propre, bien équipé et proche de tout. Séjour merveilleux surtout avec le soleil au rendez-vous. De très bons restaurants et commerces à proximité.

Excellente location

Accueil très chaleureux, appartement très fonctionnel avec machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, linge de maison, serviettes de toilette et lit fait à notre arrivée, rien ne manqué. Nous sommes 1 couple de + de 50 ans qui aiment marcher. Les plages et les centre-villes très proche,(Pléneuf et Val-André) nous allions au marché à Pléneuf et au Val-André à pied. le + parking privé dans résidence sécurisé. Derrière l'appartement il y a 1 terrasse très ensoleillée. Bref une location vraiment au top, rien ne manque, nous y reviendrons sans hésitation. Mr et Me JAN Angélina et Thierry.

appartement bien situé, intérieur quelconque...

lit trop bas et inconfortable, cuvette wc pour des enfants, toiles de poussière en haut des murs cuisine, salle de bains, manque de nettoyage de fond (plinthes...) glissières parois douche encrassées, persiennes sales à l'intérieur !

excellent séjour, Mme Lucas est très accueillante.

La location est très bien située ds une résidence calme. On peut se rendre à pied à la mer! les chemins de randonnée sont proches. Nous y reviendrons.

Calme et verdure à 2 pas de l'océan

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme Lucas qui est très à l'écoute et nous a gatés de délicieuses spécialités bretonnes. De plus, l'appartement est situé dans un environnement calme et fleuri. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir aller à pied au bord de l'océan. Le sentier des douaniers a aussi été une belle découverte, ainsi que le cap Fréhel, Saint Malo ou l'ile de Bréhat.

Moment de dépaysement

Je souhaite remercier Mme Lucas pour son accueil. Une personne de bons conseils et disponible à tout moment. Nous avons passé moi ainsi que ma famille un moment de dépaysement dans un cadre magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage à même pas 10 minutes, ainsi que les promenades. Au niveau du logement rien à dire, tout est apporté de main pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Encore un grand merci à Mme Lucas, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Accueil excellent

Prise des clés auprès de la propriétaire qui fait tout son possible pour faciliter notre séjour. Nous avons été accueillis avec une boîte de galettes et une bouteille de cidre. L appartement est calme et spacieux avec le lit fait et lesserviettes de toilettes à disposition. Tout l électroménager utile est présent. Nous avons pu sécuriser nos 2 vélos électriques dans un local en RDC. Logement à 2000 mètres du front de mer qui est très animé avec une magnifique plage où les adeptes des sports nautiques trouveront leur bonheur. Pleneuf val andre est à 1 heure de route de St Malo qui faut absolument visiter. Plein de magnifiques lieux à découvrir en vélo depuis le logement. C était notre 1ere fois en Bretagne et nous avons adoré.
