Ker Désirée - Plelo - Gîte

Your vacation rental, spread over two levels, includes: On the ground floor: Living room with a fitted kitchen area. Upstairs: Small landing with a lounge area, a bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm) with storage and a desk) leading to a second small bedroom (1 single bed 90x190 cm) with storage and a desk. Outside: In the gable end of the cottage, a lean-to contains the laundry room and storage (for bicycles, etc.). In front of the cottage: a 9 m² paved terrace and an 80 m² garden area with a fixed barbecue, all bordered by gates and a boxwood hedge. Dedicated parking for 2 vehicles. Gîte adjoining a garage not used by the owners, located on their 4000 m² property with a beautifully flowered and wooded park. Ker Désirée is a little nest nestled in the garden of an old, typically renovated farmhouse. We don't say that everything that is small is cute! Pleasantly decorated by Armel and Muriel, with nods to black and white postal calendars, Ker Désirée, with cocooning comfort, is nevertheless large enough to offer you peace and nature. Really located between land and sea, it will be a perfect place to discover all of the Côtes d'Armor (RN12 at 650 m). Among other things, you will be able to discover Binic, 'beauty spot of the Côtes d'Armor' 17 km away on the coast, just like Paimpol 33 km and ... 6 km further on the pier for the Ile de Bréhat. An original outing 9 km to the Zooparc de Trégomeur can be scheduled. More broadly, you will be halfway (60 km) between Perros Guirec (the famous Côte de Granit Rose) and Cap Frehel (the sumptuous Côte de Penthièvre). Visits and idleness in perspective! Welcome to Désirée! A very cute little cottage with lots of charm in a very pleasantly wooded and flowery park.
