  • Welcome to this new house in the countryside, located 2km from the village of Pléhédel where you will find various shops (Grocery, Bakery/Pastry Shop, Bar/Tobacconist/Newspapers, Pharmacy, Post Office) As well as 10 minutes from the beaches of Bréhéc and Bonaparte.
    The house is equipped on the ground floor with a fitted kitchen, a large living room, a toilet, a laundry room, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its private bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom with double sinks, a toilet, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm. There is the possibility of having baby equipment (high chair, cot, bath, stroller...)
    For the outdoor part, there is a garden with a covered terrace including garden furniture, a barbecue and 2 deckchairs.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée propre confortable et bien agencée. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de voir qu’il y aussi des jeux et des livres pour les enfants. La location possède un petit jardin sécurisé avec une balançoire et un toboggan ce qui fait partie des petits plus qui la rende agréable. Le matin on prenait plaisir à dire bonjour aux petites chèvres qui sont sur le terrain à côté. Tout est à 10-15minutes en voiture supermarché et plages ainsi que la ville de Paimpol. Le propriétaire est très réactif et habite pas loin ce qui est pratique aussi. Nous recommandons !
