"Parking lot was very full. Hard to find a spot. I was in room 112 next door I had the pleasure of a DOG barking and barking and on the other side let’s party all night till 2. Disappointed "

He was rude and unhelpful when I tried to make a reservation over the phone, I had to do it online and when I came in, the check-in was very slow; but the worst part is when I asked about the EV charger in the property, he pointed outside and flat out said "it's out there, I'm new here, I can't help you and don't know anything about it""

"Booked a double queen but they were not Queen beds, they were full size. Lamp shade needed dusting, pool corners were gray. Quiet time not inforced and kind allowed to run through the halls. Parents were drinking in the pool while other kids were swimming and not advised to leave the pool area. "
