"We loved this property. We had children of all ages and there was something for all of them. So many thoughtful things were included. It was clean and nicely furnished. The only thing that would have made it better would be if there was a bathroom out in the party barn."

"My wife and I booked this home for a few nights stay during participation in the Ironman DesMoines 70.3. It was close to the city, and located in a quiet neighborhood area. The house was ready and clean, and Charlton was quick to respond to questions or concerns we had during our stay. If we come back to the area, I would definitely stay again."

"The house was nice! It is an older house that has been remodeled. Obviously, like with any older house, there were some small issues but Steven took care of them immediately. Don't expect anything fancy, but for the price, it was great! The game room downstairs was awesome to keep kids entertained! We would definitely stay there again."

"Everything was great in this quiet neighborhood. The house was cozy and very welcoming. Loved that there was plenty of towels and all the bath toiletries provided was a plus. There was coffee/hot chocolate pods provided which was nice plus since they are not always offered. The deck area with table and chairs was really nice(although the deck could have used a little tidying up)."

We were in town for the wedding of my daughter and the family stayed here. There was plenty of room and very comfortable for everyone. It is easy to find and conveniently located. "We took our 15 year old grandson to Des Moines for an Iowa Cub game. The house was set up very cute and he loves the foos ball and arcade games! The location was extremely convenient to our plans and surprisingly very quiet. We would definitely stay again! The owners were very patient with me as our credit card company blocked the out of town charge ugh. But we sorted it out and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend."

"As a family of 5, we don’t typically fit in the average hotel room. This house had plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other. We were just passing through on a 2 day road trip. The beds were super comfy and location was great. Not too far from the interstate and right down the road from the airport (if you were flying)."
