Holiday Home 'Les Essarts La Maison' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

  • De woning is gebouwd in de traditie van de Perigord en bestaat onder meer uit een in oude stenen opgetrokken toren. In deze toren bevindt zich een mooie ruime slaapkamer, waar men zich in een kasteeltoren waant.



    Dit vakantiehuis (90 m²) biedt ruimte aan maximaal 6 personen en is gelegen in Plazac. Er is WiFi beschikbaar, een espressomachine en 2 fietsen ter beschikking. Zelf inchecken is mogelijk en er is parkeergelegenheid op het terrein.



    De keuken/woonkamer van ruim 30 m² heeft deuren naar beide terrassen. Er is comfortabele vloerverwarming en een houtkachel. Er is (NL) televisie. De eetkeuken heeft een elektrische oven, afwasmachine en grote koelkast. Er staat een grote eettafel.



    Op de begane grond is een ruime slaapkamer met twee bedden waar een tweepersoonsbed van gemaakt kan worden. De badkamer op de begane grond heeft een douche en toilet. Er is een wasmachine.



    Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich 2 slaapvertrekken: een ruime lichte slaapkamer in de toren met een tweepersoonsbed en twee eenpersoonsbedden op de entresol.



    Er zijn 6 dekbedden en 6 kussens. Er is een extra kinderbed en kinderstoel. Er is ook speelgoed en boeken voor kinderen beschikbaar.



    Er zijn 2 overdekte terrassen, zodat gekozen kan worden tussen zon of schaduw. In de privétuin is een barbecue aanwezig en er is een gedeeld zwembad en een tafeltennistafel. Ventilators zijn beschikbaar voor warme dagen.



    De naastliggende oude boerderij is ook te huur.



    Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn beschikbaar voor een extra vergoeding per persoon. Verplichte eindschoonmaak is van toepassing. Kosten per hond per dag zijn beschikbaar voor een extra vergoeding. Een borg is vereist.

Karakteristiek huis op een prachtige locatie midden in de natuur!

Pros: We verbleven bijna twee weken in ‘La Maison’ en hebben enorm genoten. De ligging is fantastisch: midden in de natuur, met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en de omliggende bossen. Natuurliefhebbers kunnen hier hun hart ophalen. We zagen rond het huis reeën, vossen, zwijnen en zelfs een das. We konden 's avonds het indrukwekkende burlen van de edelherten van dichtbij horen en bij helder weer genieten van een prachtige sterrenhemel. Een heerlijke plek om volledig tot rust te komen. Tegelijkertijd is er genoeg te doen in de omgeving: wandelen vanaf het huis, grotten bezoeken, kajakken op de Vézère en gezellige markten ontdekken. Dankzij een tip van de eigenaar bezochten we bovendien een bijzonder kasteel dat slechts enkele dagen per jaar geopend is. Erg interessant! Op warme dagen is het zwembad heerlijk om af te koelen. Kortom, een prachtige plek, midden in de natuur, met volop mogelijkheden om te ontspannen én de omgeving te ontdekken. Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug!
