"Handicap floor tiles that were missing and were a trip. At 11 o’clock, I like to go to bed early to find out the day they put on soaking wet in the center of my bed was soaking wet. I tried to call front desk. No answer. I was my son down. They said someone in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I went down and had to get bedding to remake my bed myself."

"Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and staff in the breakfast room were attentive. Appreciated the shuttle to the cruise pier. Enjoyed the restaurant too. "

"I think they forgot to clean the floor. Towels and bed were done but bathroom and main area were dirty. I put on a clean pair of socks and they were dirty from just wearing them for half an hour in the room. Rest of the facilites were nice enough for what you pay for."

"The staff were absolutely amazing. They let us check in early and when the shuttle wasn’t able to take us to the airport the next morning, they arranged an Uber to pick us up at no cost to us. Would highly recommend."

"Room was clean. The fitness area was clean. AC worked well. The free breakfast was great. Lots of options including scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, bacon/sausage, cereal, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, and fruit. Parking was readily available. The mattress for the pull out couch, was terribly uncomfortable - that was our only issue. "

"The hotel desperately needs an update. We’ve stayed at several Holiday Inn Express locations, and this was by far in the worst condition. We had to use the soda bed, and my son felt like he was laying directly on the springs. We could hear every time he rolled over. The hotel is located on a busy street, and the traffic noise was loud at night since our window faced the road. You also have to pay for parking at this location. On some positive notes, the staff was friendly and although the room looked old, it was clean. We picked it because it was close to the airport, but next time I would pick a nicer area and just drive 10 more minutes to the airport."
