On the façade of the building, animalsand mythological creatures are carved into the stone. Climb to the top of thechurch tower and look over the plaza and La Paz. Opposite is the Museo SanFrancisco, a former convent where religious and indigenous arts, clothing, chalices and other artefacts are displayed.
