"The staff were amazing! So friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and had so much charm! The pool was amazing and we so enjoyed our stay. The icing on the cake was when we had a very early taxi to the airport and they packed us a little breakfast picnic. Highly recommend! "

Can't beat the location as you are a couple minutes walk to the harbor, the Cathedral, dozens of cafes and restaurants, shopping, Old Town, etc. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Palma"

We were given a key card to access the luggage storage and restroom/lounge area, since we arrived before check in time and had a train trip to Soller that day. We stored our luggage and enjoyed our day in Soller and returned to check in. Staff were very helpful."
