"The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. "Hemos estado unos días en Villa Isabel y la verdad es que hemos estado genial. La casa es todavía más bonita que en las fotos, muy amplia, cómoda y estaba todo súper limpio cuando llegamos.La zona es muy tranquila y viene genial para desconectar, pero a la vez estás cerca de El Médano y de todo lo necesario. La casa tiene de todo y se nota que está cuidada con mucho detalle.Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto desde el primer día. Sin duda repetiríamos si volvemos a Tenerife."

"I stayed here for one night as an airport stopover. I must admit I do not understand the terrible reviews. Yes the decor in the rooms is basic and a little tired. But the bedding, towels and room was very clean. It’s a 24H reception which is perfect for late arrivals and breakfast is included. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet style with a great selection. It’s close to the bus stop to the airport and the bus takes 5mins and cost c€2 The little town it’s in has several coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. I couldn’t fault it for an overnight stay If you want 5star don’t stay here but if you want value for money for a short stay, with a friendly service and good surrounding amenities I would recommend"

"Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist fantastisch: nur ca. 50 Meter zum Strand und ca. 500 Meter nach El Medano. Das Haus ist für sechs Personen vorgesehen - meiner Meinung nach wird es ab fünf Personen schon etwas eng. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, doch ausreichend. Leider funktionierte die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht - und wir konnten sie auch mit Unterstützung der Eigentümer nicht in Gang bringen. Das anfangs unstabile WLan wurde auch besser und hatte weniger Ausfälle. Die Dunstabzugshaube konnten wir nicht in Gang bringen. Die Schränke waren mit dem Wichtigsten gefüllt: Salz, Gewürze, Wasser - und auch ein paar Flaschen Wein standen zur Begrüssung zur Verfügung. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei - ist jedoch mit 6KG bei sechs Personen etwas unterdimensioniert. Ich würde mich wieder für dieses Ferienhaus entscheiden."

"Everything was excellent. The only concern was the wind outside was incredible intense. It was extremely loud; it howled, roared, and sounded like it spoke in tongues... The wind also created a speculative view. I watched para sailing from my balcony. They skipped across the water, jumped high into the air, and floated far above the waves. It was beautiful… "
