"The property has some lovely features, including comfortable rooms, beautiful mountain views, a well-equipped kitchen and a swing that was a great addition for the children. However, the photos in the listing were unclear and confusing. Different rooms appeared to be shown across what looked like different villas, making it difficult to know exactly which rooms and layout belonged to the property we had booked. The accommodation was therefore not as clear from the listing as we would have expected. There were also several maintenance issues during our stay. In the first room on the right as you come down to the ground floor, we noticed small pools of water just inside the entrance to the room. We were unable to establish where the water was coming from, and it did not appear to be connected to using the shower or en-suite. This is something that should be investigated. There were broken tiles/edges in the pool, and we also found a lot of ants in the first-floor bathroom. The foosball table was slightly broken, with some parts not working properly. Our arrival was disappointing, as we did not receive the access code by the 4pm check-in time and had to call to chase it up. We were then told that the property was still being cleaned and was not ready. During our stay, I called to ask about the pool filter and was told that they decide when to turn it on. Unfortunately, the gentleman I spoke to was very rude and ended the call before the issue was properly addressed."

"La casa era perfetta per il nostro gruppo dove praticamente ogni camera aveva il proprio bagno a disposizione. La presenza del l’asciugatrice era davvero molto funzionale. C’era un box capiente per un auto ma anche la seconda auto che avevano si parcheggiava senza nessun problema sulla strada. Il mare si raggiungeva in pochi minuti grazie alla scaletta e al passaggio scavato nella roccia!. La casa era super accessoriata sua per le stoviglie che i piccoli elettrodomestici. C’era di tutto dal tostapane alla macchinetta del caffè al microonde. L’host gentilissima ci ha lasciato l’indispensabile e anche di più tra acqua bibite spezie sale ecc…. Zona barbecue ottima. Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con un ombrellone una notte di burrasca che l’host ha immediatamente risolto. Addetto alla piscina sempre cordiale e veniva molto spesso quindi sempre pulitissima! Noi non parliamo spagnolo e l’host non parla italiano ma è stato facilissimo capirsi! Direi un ottima esperienza! Dimenticavo il tavolo da Ping pong e’ stato un bellissimo passatempo e la presenza di gonfiabili per la piscina è stata molto apprezzata dai ragazzi. A disposizione anche biciclette e ombrelloni da potere portare in spiaggia! La casa si trova in una insenatura fra due zone turistiche con negozi e ristoranti ma proprio grazie alla sua posizione era assolutamente tranquilla senza nessun rumore fastidioso!"

"Great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with crisp linens and a light, fresh scent that made it feel welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, greeting us warmly and offering quick assistance whenever needed. The beach view was beautiful, especially in the morning, with soft golden light over calm waves and the sound of seagulls drifting in. Parking was also convenient and made our stay easier, with easy access right near the entrance. Overall, a pleasant place to stay for a relaxing and refreshing trip."

"A beautiful villa in every way. We went away with family and it never felt cramped, we had plenty of space both inside and out. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Just make sure you have taxi numbers if you don’t hire a car. We’d all love to return, there’s so much to do in and around Malaga. All in all, a fantastic stay!!!"

"Great hotel in a fantastic location right on the beach. Bed was very comfortable and the sea view was beautiful. The restaurant downstairs was really good and staff were helpful. The only downside was no fridge in the room which would have been useful to keep bottles of water cold. Also, the sunbeds on the beach cost extra rather complimentary and they were quite expensive."

"What an incredible find! We had the best stay at Be Mate Playa with our 5 year old daughter. The apartment had everything we needed and we absolutely loved the neighborhood. We definitely hope to be back!"

"I had a nice 3 night stay here in a private bedroom (room 1) with a cute little balcony. My room was clean & had plenty of space to put my belongings away & keep things organized. I utilized the kitchen (stove, fridge & freezer). They keep it well stocked with dishes & cooking supplies. The staff helped me with transportation (there's a bus stop about a minute away that is very helpful, especially when there are no Uber or Bolt drivers to be found). I also rented a bike one day & explored the city & along the coast, which was a nice bonus. There are a bunch of cute restaurants & bars right in the area & it feels safe to walk around solo at night. I would recommend this place to stay."

"Wir sind zu dritt gereist und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage am Strand könnte nicht besser sein - was uns besonders gut gefallen hat war die großzügige Terrasse, durch die wir die Möglichkeit hatten, nach dem Schwimmen nicht am Strand zu verweilen sondern beim Beach House zu entspannen: es sind nur ein paar Schritte! Der Check-In Prozess war sehr unkompliziert und Ronald stand uns für alle Fragen schnell zur Verfügung. Toll ausgestattete Unterkunft in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat."
