"I would say perfect spot the beach is just across the street they have Laudry everything you need staff were excellent just wouldn’t sunset the restaurant I ordered the English breakfast said yogurt granola and fruit got nothing and my friend urged the continental she didn’t get it either the waitress said I forgot you can have a yogurt to go not nice at all"

"We loved the hotel IPV Palace. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and in Fuengirola. The hotel is very pretty and do is the city, and the breakfast was excellent which made us gain a couple of pounds. We were able to use the beach only once because the other days the waves were big and the water appeared dirty. We didn't use the pool or spa. They have a nice Italian restaurant that I wanted to try, but we had spent two weeks in Italy prior to coming..."

"Perfect property for our group holiday.Very private and secure with no neighbours overlooking. Lots of space for everybody. Host arrivals process was like clockwork. No issues at all.10 minute walk (with hill!) to the supermarket. Less than 10 minute walk to the start of beachfront bars and restaurants.There are ants in the garden and these will come inside if you leave food / waste exposed. Same applies to the pool area. The host does provide insecticides. I'm sure that this will be an issue for all of the villas in this area and we didn't see it as a big problem.There are a small group of green parrots that like to chatter in the fir trees by the pool and a couple of friendly cats that occasionally walk through like they own the place.Kitchen has all that you could need for self catering. Loads of crockery, glasses, pans and all of the necessary appliances."

"We had a great 15 night stay at this villa family of 8, aged from 8 - 76. Communication with the host was excellent, with very quick replies to any questions, and check-in/out was easy.The location is fantastic. Shops, restaurants, the beach, bus stops & taxis are all within walking distance. We didn’t hire a car as the buses are regular. The villa is very spacious, which was ideal for our large family, plenty of utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and 2 fridge freezers. The sea views are fantastic.There are some areas that could be improved. The property would benefit from a deep clean and some general TLC. The pool wasn’t cleaned as regularly as we expected and the tiles could do with a thorough clean. On arrival, the kitchen sink was dirty, and both upstairs & downstairs shower drains were blocked & needed unblocking. The beds were ok but not the most comfortable, and the bedding and towels are quite old. Spare bedding/pillowcases, a bath mat & beach towels would have been useful. The kettle is also very small & slow, so a larger one would be a good addition. There is a BBQ, we didn’t use it as it would be better positioned on the main terrace. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday & would probably stay again. It’s a lovely rustic Spanish villa in an excellent location & great views. With some cleaning, repairs, updates & TLC, it could easily be a 5-star. Given its current condition, we feel the price is a little high but it it would be worth it if improvements were made"
