Reception staff pleasant but lacking a bit in service: didn’t explain directions to room very well perhaps a ‘bellboy’ to show us room/help with bags? On the contrary when we entered our room we noticed a bad ‘drain smell’ - but this was fixed the time we returned from lunch. The hotel it’self was in a great position over looking the marina and everything you would need from beaches to restaurants was in easy walking distance. "

Properly was perhaps a little bit far from the main restaurants and shops of Playa Blanca so it was a case of get a taxi or take the car or even take a long walk there and back. "It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...
